Delivery & Pickup FAQs
Deliveries are calculated based on mileage from our warehouse and what delivery vehicle/s will be needed. Most deliveries start at a base fee of $188.50.
Yes, customers are welcome to pick up and return their own rental items. However, we cannot guarantee an Owen Brothers Events employee will be available to assist with loading at the warehouse. Customers must be prepared to load items themselves if needed.
This option is available for tables, chairs, linens, and other items that do not require on-site setup by our crew. All pickups must be made using an enclosed trailer or enclosed vehicle, and customers are responsible for bringing their own straps and materials to safely secure the load.
We offer delivery services to anywhere in the United States. Delivery fees are calculated based on mileage and will vary based on the distance from our warehouse to your location. For out of state events, additional travel related costs such as lodging or per diem fees may also apply.
Yes, in most cases we are able to deliver and pickup items on the weekend. Additional fees apply for weekend delivery and weekend/late-night pickups.
While we typically do not offer exact delivery time windows, we do guarantee delivery on the scheduled day. On the day of delivery, we will provide a 1 to 2 hour notice before our crew is en route. Whenever possible, we prefer to deliver and set up items a day or more in advance to ensure everything is ready well before your event begins.
If you or your venue have strict delivery or pickup time windows, please let us know as soon as possible. We can accommodate most timing requests; however, a surcharge may apply for deliveries or pickups that require coordination within specific time frames outside of our standard delivery schedule.

Yes, unless you are picking up and returning the items yourself, additional fees will apply. The prices listed on our website reflect the rental cost of the item only and do not include delivery, setup, breakdown, or any additional labor that may be required.

While we do not have a traditional showroom, we’re happy to schedule an appointment for you to visit our warehouse and view specific rental items by request. If you’d like to see a tent in person, we can coordinate a time for you to visit one of our active setups depending on availability and access. Please contact us in advance to arrange a visit.
Yes, we can safely install our tents on a variety of surfaces. For uneven or sloped ground, we offer engineered flooring systems with decking to create a level surface for tent installation. On hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt, we use weighted ballasts as anchors to secure the tent without the need for stakes. Our team will assess the site and recommend the best solution for a safe and stable setup.
The right tent depends on several factors, including your guest count, the look and style you’re going for, the venue or site conditions, and any logistical or space restrictions.
Clearspan tents are ideal for large guest counts, long term installs, or events requiring a clean, open interior with no center poles. They’re perfect for maximizing usable space and can be installed on virtually any surface, including concrete or sloped ground.

We offer a wide range of tent upgrades to enhance both the functionality and appearance of your event space including full flooring options with carpet or vinyl finishes, clear walls and clear tops, climate control solutions such as heating, cooling, and fans, and lighting enhancements such as chandeliers, string lights, and uplights.

Rental Process FAQs
To get started, you can submit a quote request using one of the forms on our website or email us directly with your event date, location, and the items you’re interested in. A member of our team will follow up to assist with availability and the next steps.
Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any rental items. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and checks. Please note that if paying by check, your booking is not confirmed until the check clears. All final payments must be received two weeks prior to your events date.
